A whole lot of nothin'!
I've been a WindowBlinds/OD user for 2.5+ years, and used WinCustomize since the begining and just today finally registered and crosslinked my stardock account. According to the Wincustomize registration info I should be a level 3 user, but on completing the process I was told that I was a level 2 user.

Can somebody give me the low-down?

Thanks

User Levels pretty much describe your membership status on WinCustomize (https://www.wincustomize.com/index.asp?cmd=subscription).

UserLevel 1: You are just visiting the site
UserLevel 2: You have registered an account
UserLevel 3: You have purchased any Stardock product
UserLevel 4: You have purchased a WinCustomize subscription

The higher the userlevel the more features that are available to you on the site. If you have purchased a product and cross referenced your account and its still showing that you are at a level 2 then you have either changed the email address in our system or you have cross referenced to the wrong email account.

I'm suffering from what you described obove, but my Stardock and Wincustomize e-mail adress is registered to the same inbox, yet I'm listed as a level 2.

Same problem here. I have purchased the whole OD suite, crossreferenced, and am still at user level 2. I contacted Stardock tech support, but after 2 emails they simply stopped replying and I'm still stuck at level 2.

Hmm. That isn't good. I'll talk to Pat.

Thanks for contacting Pat, he just emailed me. Hopefully it'll get taken care of this time.
