A whole lot of nothin'!
I got OD Plus when 1.1 came out, upgraded today to 1.11, still have issue.

When I try to drag something to the trash, it lets me do it......
But, it puts an invisible dock item on the dock next to the trash (see
image).

Never had this with free version. Anybody know how to fix this?

Thanks,
Jeff

There was a thread about this maybe a month ago. I can't remember what the fix was if there was one. When I try to use one I get the "Not Available" sign when I drag a file over the bin.

Jeff,

I get the "Not Available" sign if I have "Lock Dragging" on - then, I get the same problem you are experiencing with "Lock Dragging" off.

If I do the same thing on a folder, I receive the same result. The folder moves aside as if I were trying to place a new shortcut (it even includes the shortcut overlay arrow), and deposits an invisible icon - which in this case I can click on and the icon becomes visible.

I will be contacting support in a moment to inquire whether the recycle bin is even supposed to accept drag-n-drop. I do not believe folders are designed to accept drag-n-drop files at this time.

That would be because you have "Lock Dragging" set on the dock.

Well, I never had this problem with the free version.
I guess it's a bug in OD Plus.

Jeff,

You may be right, I have e-mailed support outlining the issue and asked for clarification as to whether drag-n-drop is supposed to be accepted by either/or the Recycle Bin and Folders.

Will post back here as soon as I get an answer. I reviewed the read-me file and found no mention as to drag-n-drop support.

Good question, and would be a nice feature if not technically supported yet.

Recycle Bin does accept drag and drop...... folders do not.

I have been compaining about this a lot! The only fix I could find is to allow running programs to be shown on the dock, which for some reason negates this problem....
